They will fit, but will drop the bottom bracket too low – it’s more than 30mm lower than with the 27+ wheels.

I’m assuming the fork is ~483mm in length given it can fit a 29/27.5+ mountain bike tyre. This is the same axle-crown as a 100mm fork @ 20% sag. Even if it were slightly shorter (say 20mm), it won’t make the head angle more than about 1 degree slacker using a suspension fork.

And you would change the bike’s geometry significantly by using a fork with a much longer axle to crown dimension.
