Alan Cumming, The Traitors
Euan Cherry/PeacockThe Traitors US will deceive its way back on our screens very soon. Oh, my Lord, sweet baby Jesus, can you even believe it? Alan Cumming returns as host, along with a cast that includes everyone from Tom Sandoval to Chrishell Stause to Zac Efron's brother Dylan. Cumming has described Season 3 as "brutal," and revealed that he almost had to break up at a fight at a roundtable, which can only mean one thing: We're in for another great season.
Read on to learn everything we know about The Traitors Season 3.
On Jan. 1, Peacock released a tantalizing sneak peek at Season 3: the first seven minutes of the premiere, which sees the cast pulling up to Alan Cumming's castle and meeting each other. There are Survivor reunions, Big Brother reunions, and an aimless Tom Sandoval, who no one seems particularly eager to meet.
When Cumming arrives to declare that the game has begun, he also introduces the first twist: a masked figure, revealed to be Survivor's Boston Rob, can join the cast, but only if someone else is kicked off. The preview cuts off there, so we'll all have to wait until Jan. 9 to see how it unfolds.
The Traitors will premiere with the first three episodes of Season 3 on Peacock Jan. 9 at 9/8c, with new episodes dropping weekly.
The Traitors
PeacockAlan Cumming will of course return to host Season 3, and the new crop of potential traitors and faithfuls includes Survivor legends, Bravolebrities, and Britney Spears' ex-husband. Whether Survivor's Rob Mariano is actually joining the group (and, if so, whose spot he'll be taking) will be revealed when the season premiere drops.
"Oh, I've missed this," Alan Cumming says in the trailer for The Traitors Season 3, which gives a look at the newest group of players sneaking around that familiar Scottish castle. "I have a thirst for blood," Bob the Drag Queen announces, while Dorinda Medley confidently proclaims, "I intend to leave as queen of the castle." We'll have to wait and see.
The cast was formally announced in June 2024, with Cumming relishing in the reveal of each new name.
The Traitors US Seasons 1 and 2 are now streaming on Peacock.
