It is without a doubt the single most unique component I own. I use a Rohloff transmission and have met other riders that have the same model, not Red, hahahaaaaaaa, but a Speedhub, and they are pretty unique. No one I have ever met has sported a suspended front rack. From the looks of the Hoogar that you show they have been modified. I would guess the model your showing is most current. Mine mounts up into the inside of the fork and has slides connecting to the fork down tubes. The model you show carries all the weight over the top of the shocks, It took some additional anchoring with 1000 lbs, zip ties to keep everything where is is supposed to be,

but bikes with higher center of mass could be difficult to handle with on stopping and gettin them in upright position
